When you make the booking, you create the user account and accept the rental contract.
After the booking, we send a booking confirmation to your email, and we can settle the details of your booking.
You can cancel your booking free of charge for three weeks from the reservation by sending a notice of your cancellation to our email: info@hietsunpaviljonki.fi. After this, we will charge 50% of the booking price for the cancellation. If there are less than three weeks for the event, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge within three days.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Hietsun Paviljonki has Great Hall, Ateljé Hall and shared lobby hall, kitchen and toilets.
The Great Hall (approx. 170 m²) is our grander space at the northeast end of the building, where you can organize an event for up to 160 people.
The Ateljé Hall (70 m²) is our smaller hall located in its peace at the southwest end of the house. The studio is suitable for a wide range of events for up to 40 people. The studio has also entrance directly from the outside.
You can also reserve both halls, so your event can have 200 guests, and you do not have to share the kitchen, lobby and toilets with other parties.
Please note that we rent the premises empty. We have removable tables and chairs in the house but not ready-made furnishing.
You can order furnishing and cleaning as an additional service, but the booking period must always cover both the preparation of the premises and the cleaning.

Note: Our equipment does not include tablecloths or tableware.
The customer arranges the tables and chairs and cleans all the premises s/he uses or s/he can order ready-made furnishing and cleaning as an additional service.
FOR HIRE
Grand piano (user fee 120 €)
The Great Hall houses conductor Paavo Berglund's former Bechstein grand piano. The piano is in regular use and tune. It is maintained with user fees.
Audio (user fee 100 €)
PA speaker JBL EON 615. Microphone + microphone stand + cord. Audio cable for 3.5 mm headphone jack.
